Presale items are not in stock. Eta are estimated from the time of PO closed. Most PO on custom items range from 10-14 weeks. Presale purchases are final, unless defect is discovered. Defected items must be reported within 7 days of receiving item to be issued a refund. No refunds will be given for buyer error, wrong size purchased, or changed mind. Ensure all information such as style, size, and personalization (if applicable) is correct before finalizing checkout.
